Where is your happy place?
Maybe it is an actual place like the beach where you can relax and be soothed by the gentle sounds of the waves.
It could be in a forest surrounded by ancient trees that give you feelings of security, strength and grounds you.
Is it in a field of wildflowers where you feel at one with nature, bathed in sunshine, watching the bees and butterflies, and feeling such a sense of peace and serenity?
Getting in Your Happy Place may be the result of simple acts of you doing things that you love, being creative, playing games, spending time with loved ones, or simply soaking in the bath with a good book.
All we really desire in life is to be happy.
Wouldn’t it be lovely if you could experience true happiness as your natural way of being?
That even on days that are challenging you could have the tools and techniques to find some happiness and let go of stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts?
I’d like to suggest that as well as finding happiness by being in places that inspire and uplift you and doing things that you love, that you can also have happiness as your predominant state of mind.
You gain this when you utilise certain mindset techniques, such as showing gratitude for what you do have already in your life. It’s very hard to be grateful and grumpy at the same time!

Where do I start?I can almost hear you asking, How Charlie?
How can you help with all of this?
Let me share a little bit about my background and how I came to be coaching and teaching women to achieve all these things....
I spent much of my thirties stressed and anxious about a multitude of different things and went on a learning journey to discover ways to relieve those unwanted emotions that were preventing me from being the happy person I knew I was born to be.
Along the way I discovered several very powerful self-help practices and after having incredible success with them in my own life I felt honour bound to train and get qualified in these methods so that I could share them with you. The last few years I have dedicated myself to working on these practices every day, fine tuning them, making them a habit and sharing them with the women in my community.
Getting in a Happy Place is a journey, and the best way to get there is firstly, to learn some simple techniques; and then to commit to practising these every day; or even better to find a community to support you with this.

Help me find my happy place"The Getting in a Happy Place group is a very inspirational dose of upliftment each week.
Mainly I use regular tapping for anxiety which I have suffered from for most of my life and now have a tool to help me when things are difficult.
Our sessions are fun with qigong, chakra healing and general healing which helps me to find direction and purpose.
We are encouraged to find what helps us most, I now meditate each morning with affirmations which set the intention for the day ahead and have started drawing again, quite special sessions, thank you Charlie."

"Last year I broke my wrist very badly and had to have an operation and a plate. I was traumatised by the accident and in a lot of pain and the prognosis was that I would have to have a second operation and that my movement would be very restricted. Charlie did several sessions of wonderful distant healing, combining Reiki, EFT and visualisation. My mood transformed; the pain would lessen considerably after each session. Negative thoughts and anxiety dissolved with the result that the surgical team and physios were amazed at my excellent recovery. No second operation and almost normal range of movement. My ballet port de bras arms are beautiful again and I know that Charlie's healing was a vital contribution to the far better than expected outcome."

I wanted to take the time today to truly express what a breath of fresh air you have been to me each midweek, when it seems it is needed the most. I have been attending your Getting into a Happy Place classes and I have to say, I am surprised time and time again, how beautifully it resets me into my Happy Place each and every time.
